Responsbilities for Church Members using the Fellowship Building
1. Make sure that the building is left as you found it. Floors should be cleaned, trash should be put in the dumpster, lights turned off, and the building locked.
2. All disposable supplies are for church functions only. (Styrofoam cups, plates, plastic spoons and forks, and napkins).
3. All other utensils, if they are used, are to be cleaned and put back in their proper places.
4. Do not remove any silverware, cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. from the building.
5. NO food or drinks are to be taken from the fellowship building into the sanctuary.
Sanctuary and Fellowship Building Guidelines
1. There is no charge for the use of the sanctuary and fellowship building for members of Pilgrim Baptist Church and their immediate family. Immediate family being father, mother, and children only.
2. For non-members of the church there will be a $600.00 fee for the use of the Sanctuary. Additional deposit fee of $200.00 to be returned after inspection of the Sanctuary.
3. For non-members of the church there will be a $300.00 fee for the use of the Fellowship building. Additional deposit fee of $100.00 to be returned after inspection of the Fellowship Hall.
4. Non-members must furnish their own supplies if they rent the Fellowship building.
5. NO food or drinks are allowed in the sanctuary at any time by any person.
